Here at the Barrett Memorial Library we are bilingual, as some of you may know. Mrs. Stilin, our children's librarian, knows sign language. We will be quizzing Mrs. Stilin on Indian signs all week, so stop in.Besides authoring this delightful book, Iron Eyes Cody had an extensive movie career. Look him up on IMDb, and see for yourself. But the most fascinating part of the story is that Iron Eyes cody wasn't even an American Indian. As stated on his Wikipedia page, he was a full blooded Sicilian. You can't judge this book by it's cover, or this indian.
